MS² Quote and service intake

What do you need?

Three paths, and the form only asks what your path actually needs. It takes a couple of minutes and it means the first reply is a real answer instead of a list of questions.

Pick one and the form asks only what that path needs.

Why the questions

A number with no process behind it is a guess wearing a suit.

Material and tolerance decide the price

The same geometry in 316L and in Inconel 718 are different jobs. So are ±.002 and ±.0002. Quoting without them means quoting twice.

“Machine down” is a real flag

Say it and the request goes to the top of the queue rather than into the normal reply cycle. It isn't a formality.

What's already been tried saves a day

On a service or tooling problem, knowing what didn't work is often worth more than the drawing. Tell us the dead ends.

“Unknown” is an acceptable answer

If you don't have a number yet, say so and we'll work with it. The form only rejects blanks, not uncertainty.
